– “We have really enjoyed living here. The home is all on one level, which is the right solution for us. We especially like how spacious it feels. In multi-story houses, stairs and other structures take up a lot of room, but here every square meter is in use. The floor plan is excellent, too. For example, it’s easy to set up a home office, and the large open living space suits our needs well. We now have grandchildren, and this home is perfect for them, too – they can run and play freely,” Valkonen describes.
– “The high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows made a big impression on us. Thanks to them, the home is bright, especially in summer. Everything just came together, and we haven’t had a single negative thing to say about the house.”
Geothermal heating has also been a valuable feature in the Valkonen family’s Olas home.
– “When we built our own house years ago, we also chose geothermal heating, and it proved to be a relatively easy solution. The systems work efficiently, providing hot water and everything else needed,” Valkonen explains.

Valkonen says he immediately noticed that the materials used in the home were high-quality. Their wishes were also taken into account very well.
– “None of the changes we suggested were ever turned down, and that speaks volumes about the company’s attitude.”
