  2. Remember that the home extends beyond the interior walls. Both small and large yards need a certain amount of care, especially during the first year. It’s also worth noting that the yard can be designed to be as low-maintenance as possible
  3. Interested in tracking the progress of the project? Hiring a construction supervisor is a good idea if you’d like professional, regular updates on the progress of your home.
  4. Be as precise as possible in your modification requests. Make sure requests can only be interpreted in one way. For larger changes, work with the Olas team to create detailed written instructions. To ensure absolute clarity, you can even provide illustrative drawings with exact measurements.
  5. Whenever possible, submit modification requests early in the project. This allows our experts to discuss the best way to implement them.
